What is Elion?
Elion is the smart steering solution of Elindus (Belgian energy supplier for businesses, Belgium's 4th largest B2B supplier). The platform processes more than 70 parameters in real time: imbalance prices, weather forecasts, local consumption and production profile, grid congestion and more. Based on that data, Elion autonomously decides when a battery charges or discharges, when PV inverters curtail and when energy is injected back into the grid. The installation runs 24/7 at its optimum, with no action required from the operator.
