Every truck charged on time, every time

Smart charging with priority, even with limited grid capacity. The Battery Schedule calculates the optimal charging plan per vehicle ahead of time, based on departure time, available grid capacity and dynamic energy prices.

EMS + Battery Schedule Charging priority Deadline-driven Real-time recalculation

Charging schedule, calculated automatically

Three trucks, three deadlines, one optimal plan

Truck A · departs 09:00

Priority 1 · full power

Truck B · ready by 12:00

Priority 2 · ready exactly on time

Truck C · no deadline

Priority 3 · flexible, cheapest hours

Without steering, every vehicle gets the same share, and that is exactly the problem

Truck A has to leave at 09:00 and urgently needs a full battery. Truck B only leaves after noon but must be ready by 12:00. Truck C has no fixed deadline. Without smart steering, all vehicles get the same charging capacity:

No prioritisation

The vehicle with the earliest departure gets no precedence over the rest.

Arbitrary distribution

Charging time is not matched to how the fleet actually operates.

Unnecessary waiting

Vehicles are done while the charge point stays occupied.

Higher energy cost

Charging happens on expensive power peaks instead of in cheap hours.

A forward-looking charging plan that recalculates itself

The Battery Schedule calculates the optimal charging period for every vehicle. Truck A gets maximum priority immediately. Truck B is scheduled to be ready exactly by 12:00. Truck C charges in the cheapest available power period, without haste. If the situation changes, the system recalculates the schedule instantly.

Priority per vehicle

The vehicle with the earliest departure gets immediate precedence.

Deadline-driven charging

Every vehicle is scheduled to be ready exactly at the desired time.

Cost optimisation

Flexible vehicles charge in the cheapest power periods.

Real-time adjustment

The schedule is recalculated on every change.

Real-time view of every truck, every charge point and every priority

The EV dashboard shows live which truck is charging, how much power it receives and when it will be done. You set the priority per connector; the Battery Schedule does the rest.

Voltmasters result

Every truck charged on time, every time.

Charging deadlines always respected, while the total energy cost stays minimised.
