Como Especialista en el EMS eres el enlace entre nuestra tecnología y su rendimiento sobre el terreno. Te aseguras de que cada instalación funcione de forma óptima y de que nuestros clientes saquen el máximo partido de su sistema de energía.
Qué harás
- Configuras y parametrizas nuestras instalaciones del EMS para clientes nuevos y existentes.
- Analizas los datos de consumo y producción para seguir optimizando las instalaciones.
- Monitorizas a distancia el funcionamiento de los sistemas de baterías, los paneles solares y la infraestructura de recarga.
- Eres el puente entre el cliente, el instalador y nuestro equipo de software.
- Traduces la información recogida sobre el terreno en mejoras concretas para nuestra plataforma.
Qué esperamos
- Tienes afinidad con la energía, la electricidad o la ingeniería, por formación o por experiencia.
- Eres analítico y te sientes cómodo trabajando con datos y dashboards.
- Trabajas con precisión y disfrutas resolviendo problemas prácticos.
- Te comunicas con claridad tanto con personas técnicas como no técnicas.
- Estás orientado al cliente y te gusta asumir la responsabilidad.
Suma puntos si tienes experiencia con sistemas de baterías, instalaciones fotovoltaicas, infraestructura de recarga o mercados de energía, pero las ganas de aprender cuentan igual de mucho.
