[Elion](https://klant.elindus.be/) is an external energy partner that operates the connected assets by sending steering signals to the EMS.

**Supported steering:** batteries, PV, imbalance market.

### Connecting

No configuration is required to connect a project to Elion. The integration is set up automatically; there is nothing to enter in the project settings.

### What is exchanged

Once connected, the platform exchanges the following with Elion:

-   Site configuration
-   The connected devices
-   Historical metering data
